“JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE” IS IN:

JIFFY CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can creamed corn
2 eggs, beaten
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter, melted (or 1/2 cup oil)
1 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
Shredded cheese (optional)

Preheat to 350°F. Mix all ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top, if desired.

Bake in casserole dish or 9x13-inch baking dish for 30 to 45 minutes or until fully cooked in center.

Variation: Add chopped chives or green onions.

Add 1 packet of Ranch dressing/dip mix! I haven't tried it with the cheese but I will next time I make it!

I add just a dash of cayenne pepper. No garlic or cheese. Gives it a subtle kick.

I don't do the cheese part. Add some salt and pepper too or use garlic salt instead of powder!!
