MOLDED VEGETABLE SALAD 
1 env. artificially sweetened orange gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. chopped white cabbage
1/2 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 tsp. celery seeds

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. chill until consistency of egg whites. Fold in vegetables and celery seeds. Pour in pan or molds and refrigerate until firm.
