BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 pkgs. frozen broccoli
6 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 dashes hot Tabasco sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Dash of salt and pepper

Cook broccoli and drain. Saute' onion in butter. Add flour, mustard, marjoram, Tabasco sauce, salt and pepper.

5 egg yolks
2 chicken bouillon cubes
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
3 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Add these ingredients to onion mixture and cook until thick. In a large casserole pan, pour half of drained broccoli, then half of sauce mixture. Alternate remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over top, slivered almonds and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
