PECAN CANDY 
2 1/2 c. pecan (halves)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Mix sugars and sour cream, cook to soft boil stage. Add vanilla and butter, cook over low heat until it starts to thicken. Stir in pecans, coating each one. Pour onto buttered cookie sheet. When cool can break apart if needed.
