PECAN CANDY | |
2 c. sugar 1 1/4 c. water 1 can condensed milk 1 stick butter 4 c. pecans, chopped 1 tbsp. vanilla extract Dissolve sugar and water. Boil until syrupy for about 10 minutes. Add butter and condensed milk. Cook until soft ball (real thick) about 10 minutes. Add pecans and vanilla extract. Stir. Spread in buttered pan. Let cool and cut into squares. |
