LEMON THYME COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. dried lemon thyme

Cream butter with sugar. Add eggs. Work in flour mixture and blend. Stir in lemon thyme. Chill overnight. Roll in balls size of walnuts. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees.
