CAULIFLOWER AND CHEDDAR TOPPING 
Curried Cheddar
1/2 lb. cauliflower or 1 sm. cauliflower
1 c. water
2 tsp. lemon juice or white vinegar

Combine water, lemon or vinegar and salt. Bring to a boil. Add cauliflower. Cover; cook about 8 to 10 minutes. Curried Cheddar topping.
