OVERNIGHT BUNS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
3 c. lukewarm water
1/2 c. shortening
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
12 c. flour

Soak yeast in 1/4 cup lukewarm water. Mix other ingredients and knead until smooth. Knead down every hour for 4 or 5 hours and put in well greased pans. Let rise all night and bake early the next morning. Cover with plastic so they won't dry out. These may be started in the morning and baked towards evening.
