MOLASSES PULL TAFFY 
2 c. molasses
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Dash salt

Cook molasses and vinegar slowly, stir until syrup becomes brittle when tested in cold water. Remove from heat and add butter, salt and soda. Stir until mixture stops foaming. Pour into greased pan. When cool enough to pull, remove from pan and pull until light in color and firm. Roll into a thin rope and cut into pieces and wrap in waxed paper.
