Round steak, cut thin Bacon browned and cut in half strips Salt Pepper Onion Salt Tomato Juice or V-8 Cut round steak into pieces, pound and season with salt, pepper and onion salt. Place half strip cooked bacon on steak, roll and fasten with toothpick. Flour and brown rolls in bacon fat. Place in casserole and cook for about 2 hours covered with either tomato juice or V-8. Add water if necessary to keep from sticking. |
