PINEAPPLE GRAHAM CRUMBLE 
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. soft butter

Place drained pineapple in greased pie pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs with brown sugar, cinnamon and soft butter. Sprinkle on top of pineapple. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream. Serves 4.
