CHILI QUICHE APPETIZERS 
1 can (4 oz.) whole green chilies, drained, seeded & chopped
2 c. shredded Jack or Cheddar cheese
1 c. variety baking mix
1 c. half & half
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. red pepper sauce (optional)

Heat oven to 375 degrees, grease square (9 x 9 x 2 inches) pan. Sprinkle chilies and cheese in pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater. Pour into pan. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean (about 30 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Refrigerate any remaining appetizers.
