BOMBAY SALAD DRESSING 
1 lg. ripe avocado
1 lg. carton sour cream
1 env. French onion soup mix
2 lg. cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. curry powder
Juice of 1 lemon

Pit and peel avocado. Cut in cubes. Put all ingredients in blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Pour in glass jar and refrigerate. Serve over lettuce and tomato salad. Yield: 2 cups dressing.
