EM'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
2 (10 oz.) cans cream of mushroom soup
2 handfuls corn flake crumbs
1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
1 can French fried onions (crumbled)

Defrost vegetables and drain well. Saute onion in butter. Mix all but French fried onions and place in casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes covered. Add onions and bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
