MARTY'S CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower), thawed
and drained
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2/3 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
5.6 oz. fried onions (French fried dried)

Combine vegetables, soup, 1 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper and 2.8 oz. French fried onions. Pour into a 2-quart casserole. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake uncovered 5 minutes longer. Serves 12.
