MILLION DOLLAR PIE | |
1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained 1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk 1 c. flaked coconut 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1/3 c. lemon juice Mix all ingredients well, last add lemon juice to thicken. Mix well. Pour into 2 graham cracker crusts. Sprinkle coconut on top and chill. Based on 12 servings. Per serving: 386 calories; 30 mg cholesterol; 24 g fat; 230 mg sodium. |
