GRECIAN GRILLED CHICKEN 
4 boneless chicken breasts, skinned
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine lemon juice and next 5 ingredients in small bowl (oven bowl). Stir well. Pour lemon juice marinade over reserved chicken. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours (I marinate overnight sometimes).

Grill chicken 15 minutes or until tender, turning and basting with reserved marinade.
