TUNA NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. can of tuna, white meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 stalk diced celery sauteed in butter
1 bag of fine noodles
1 med. chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Cracker crumbs, mixed in melted butter

Saute onions and celery until tender. Add mushroom soup, celery soup, and 1 1/2 can of milk. Cook fine noodles.

Combine in casserole dish (3 quart). Melt 1/4 stick butter. Add cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees until hot. Enjoy!
