BEEF STROGANOFF 
Round steak
1 onion
1 can beef broth
Worcestershire sauce
Flour, salt, pepper & garlic powder
Egg noodles
1 can (20 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. jar sliced mushrooms
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Cut 1 piece round steak in 1/2 to 3 inch strips. Salt and pepper steak and dust with flour. Brown steak in oil (use very little oil). Add 1 chopped onion and cook until tender. Add jar of mushrooms and can of beef broth. Add 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder to taste and cream of mushroom soup. Stir and cook over medium heat about 20 minutes. Add an 8 ounce carton of sour cream and cook 5 minutes. Serve over hot buttered noodles (or rice). Serves 4.
