SURVIVAL SOUP (DIET SOUP) 
1 lg. can V-8 juice
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 can crushed tomatoes
1 can yellow wax beans, drained
2 sm. potatoes, diced
2 sm. carrots
1 sm. bay leaf
1 c. water
Basil, parsley, garlic as much as you want
You can use any vegetables you like, add anything you want

Add all ingredients, cook on medium heat until carrots and potatoes are soft, about 45 minutes. A lot of people put cabbage in this soup, it is entirely up to you. This is a diet soup without fats or meats. It is all vegetables.
