OLD FASHIONED STUFFING 
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
4 tbsp. butter
1 (16 oz.) chicken broth
10 c. dry bread cubes

In saucepan, cook celery and onion with poultry seasoning in butter until tender. Add broth. Mix lightly with bread cubes. Spoon into 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Makes about 8 cups stuffing or enough to a 10 pound turkey.
