SHRIMP ETOUFEE 
1 lg. onion
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. flour
Parsley flakes
1 lb. shrimp, deveined
Tony Chachere's creole seasoning

Saute onion in butter. Add flour, seasonings, parsley flakes and shrimp. Simmer 45 minutes. Salt and pepper if needed. Don't add water. Serve over rice.
