GLORIFIED RICE 
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. pineapple juice
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin (can use any flavor)
1 c. boiling water
2 c. cold cooked rice
1 c. cream, whipped
1/2 c. sugar

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juice and chill to thicken slightly. Whip. Add drained pineapple to rice and fold in whipped gelatin. Add sugar to whipped cream and fold into rice mixture. Chill overnight.
