1 1/2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. honey
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
Sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 unbaked pie shell

Stir potatoes, cinnamon, and honey. Beat eggs with salt and sugar. Add to potatoes, add vanilla and pecans. Pour into pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
