3/4 c. butter 2 c. crushed graham cracker crumbs 1 (12 oz.) jar of peanut butter 2 c. confectioners' sugar 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips Melt butter. Combine butter, crumbs, peanut butter and sugar. Beat with wooden spoon until mixture is crumbly. Press into 9x13 inch pan. Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler until smooth. Spread evenly over mixture in pan. Let stand at room temperature until chocolate hardens. Cut into squares. |
