1 stick butter (1/2 c.)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3-5 tbsp. cocoa
Dash of salt

Mix ingredients and bring to a boil. Boil for just one minute. Add 3 cups of rolled oats just before the minute is up. Remove from heat. Drop immediately on buttered cookie sheet or waxed paper.
