PINEAPPLE ICE - BOX DESSERT | |
1 lb. vanilla wafer crumbs 1 pkg. confectioners' sugar 1/2 lb. butter 4 eggs 3 c. diced pineapple 1 pt. whipped cream 1 c. chopped pecans Line 8 x 12 inch pan with half of the crumbs. Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, one at a time and beating after each addition. Spread over crumbs, filling in corners well. Top with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top. Let chill about 1 hour. Serves 18 to 20. |
