BRAN MUFFINS 
5 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda
3 c. white sugar
4 eggs
1 c. oil (salad)
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15 oz.) box of Kellogg's Raisin Bran
1/2 c. raisins

Use a large bowl or a 5-quart ice cream bucket for mixing the above. Pour beaten eggs, oil and buttermilk into the dry ingredients and stir only until blended. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. This makes about 60 muffins. Cover and store in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.
