L.'S PUMPKIN DESSERT 
CRUST:

12 crushed graham crackers
1 stick melted butter
1/3 c. sugar

Mix graham crackers, melted butter and 1/3 cup sugar. Pat into 9x13 pan.

FILLING:

2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. solid pumpkin
1/2 c. milk
3 egg whites
1/4 c. sugar

Mix 2 eggs, cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar; pour into graham crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

In saucepan mix cinnamon, 3 egg yolks, sugar, salt, pumpkin, and milk; cook on low heat until thick. Dissolve gelatin in cold water; add to pumpkin mixture. Beat 3 egg whites with 1/4 cup sugar until stiff peaks form. Add to pumpkin mixture. Pour into crust and let cool. Top with Cool Whip.
