2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
1 stick melted butter
4 eggs or 1 box Egg Beaters

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.

Bake at 400°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
