RHUBARB DESSERT | |
6 c. rhubarb 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 6 tbsp. tapioca 2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flour 3/4 c. butter Grease pan. Cut up rhubarb, put in bottom of a 9x13 pan. Mix eggs, sugar and tapioca; pour over rhubarb. Mix sugar, flour and butter together and crumble on top. |
