DILL VEGETABLES 
1 tsp. dill
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
5 med. potatoes
1 c. carrot sticks
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 green pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes

Melt butter in large skillet. Cut potatoes into quarters. Cut green pepper into 2 inch strips. Add potatoes, carrots, peppers, onions and bouillon cubes to melted butter. Add salt and dill. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes
