LEMON BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, room temperature
1/3 c. 10X sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest
1/2 tsp baking powder
Confectioners' sugar

Mix flour, butter and 1/3 cup 10X until crumbly. Press into bottom of 8 inch square micro pan. Cook on high about 6 minutes.

Combine rest of ingredients, except last add of 10X, beat with electric mixer until smooth. Pour over baked crust and cook 6 minutes on high or until center tests done. (If bars are rising unevenly, rotate dish.)

Let stand covered with wax paper for 4 minutes. Remove wax paper, cool and cut into bars. Sprinkle with 10X sugar.
