OYSTER CASSEROLE | |
1 qt. oysters 1 lg. can Pet milk 1 sm. box Ritz crackers 1 med. onion, grated 1 stick butter 1 can mushroom soup Dash of Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. flour Make cream sauce of butter, flour and milk. Season with salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add mushroom soup. In a casserole dish, start with a layer of crushed crackers, alternate with oysters and cream sauce, about 2 layers each; top with cracker crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for about 35 minutes or until crackers brown. |
