PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
1 3/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. cold water
1 tsp. vinegar

Combine dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Combine egg, water, and vinegar. Add to flour mixture. Divide into parts. Roll out. Place in pie shells. Makes 4 pie crusts.
