MOM'S SAUERKRAUT SALAD 
2 lb. can sauerkraut
1 lb. onion, shirred thin
1 lg. green pepper, chopped
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 sm. jar pimento
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Drain the sauerkraut well. Add the onion, green pepper, celery, and pimento. Mix together the oil, vinegar, and sugar; add to the sauerkraut mixture. Mix well and chill.
