FRENCH ONION SOUP 
6 c. onions
Butter
7 c. beef stock
1/2 tsp. tarragon
1/2 c. Rose wine
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute onions in butter until onions become clear Add to all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Toast small pieces of French bread, then melt Mozzarella cheese on top of bread and add to top of bowl of soup.
