TACO PASTA PIE 
8 oz. thin spaghetti
1 egg
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 can (4 oz.) diced green chili peppers
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shredded cheese

Cook spaghetti and drain well. Toss with 1 beaten egg and 3 tablespoons butter. Line a 10 ounce glass pie plate to form shell. Add 1/2 cup cheese over top and bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees F.

Saute ground beef, onion and green pepper. Add tomato sauce, chili powder, green chili peppers and salt. Heat. Put mixture in shell and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees F. Top with 1/2 cup shredded cheese and bake 2 minutes to melt cheese.
