CHEESY BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM
BAKE
 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
1/2 c. milk
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. coarsely crushed croutons

Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange broccoli in 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Whisk together soup, salad dressing and milk. Pour over broccoli. Sprinkle with cheese and croutons.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Garnish as desired.
