LOW CHOLESTEROL ORANGE LOAF
CAKE/ORANGE GLAZE
 
3/4 c. Fleischmann's butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1 3/4 c. sifted self rising flour
1 tsp. grated orange rind
3 egg whites

ORANGE GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add flour alternately with orange juice; add orange rind and mix well. In small mixer bowl, beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold into batter. Turn into greased loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for an hour or until done.

ORANGE GLAZE: Mix ingredients with beater; drizzle over cake. This glaze is also wonderful over gingerbread.
