PEACH PIE | |
5 c. sliced fresh peaches 1 unbaked 9-inch pastry shell 1/3 c. butter, melted 1 c. sugar 1 egg 1/3 c. all-purpose flour Place peach slices in pastry shell. Combine remainder of ingredients and pour over peaches. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Cool thoroughly before slicing. |
