BARBECUE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburger
1 egg
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. oil (optional)

Combine the hamburger, egg, bread crumbs, milk, salt, pepper, parsley flakes and garlic powder. Shape into balls. Brown the balls in 2 tablespoons oil (if using lean hamburger), otherwise don't add the oil.

Combine the onions, catsup, vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard in a small bowl and pour over the browned meatballs. Simmer 20 to 30 minutes. (For extra sauce, double the sauce portion of the recipe.)
