CORN BREAD DRESSING 
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. butter
1 tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. sage
7 c. bread crumbs and 9 c. corn bread crumbs
1 1/2 to 2 c. broth, milk or water
4 eggs, beaten

Cook onion and celery over low heat until soft but not browned. Meanwhile blend seasonings with bread crumbs, then add onions and celery and mix well. Gradually pour liquid and beaten eggs over crumbs, stirring lightly. Add more seasoning as desired. Cook at 325 degrees.
