1 box yellow cake mix 20 oz can crushed pineapple (do not drain) 1 c sugar 1 small box instant vanilla pudding mix 3 bananas 1 (9 oz) carton Cool Whip 1 can coconut Pecans Cherries In a 9x13 inch pan bake cake according to directions. When cool, punch holes with toothpick in the cake. In a saucepan mix sugar and pineapple and boil for 5 minutes. When cool, pour over cake. Mix vanilla pudding and pour over top of pineapple. Slice bananas over pudding. Top with Cool Whip, then cover with coconut, cherries and pecans. Keep refrigerated. |
