2 eggs
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar

Beat eggs well. Add sugar and vinegar. Cook over low heat until it thickens, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool. Store in glass jar in refrigerator. 2/3 c. Miracle Whip

Makes a super dressing for potato salad.

Basic dressing thinned with light cream and powdered sugar, great over fruit.

Add chili sauce to basic dressing. To make Thousand Island dressing, add pinch dry mustard to basic dressing for more zing.
