SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 large can crushed tomatoes
1 small onion, diced
2 to 3 cloves garlic, diced
1 c. roasted red peppers, diced
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. basil
1 scoop sugar
1/4 c. red wine
1 lb. ground beef
salt and pepper

Brown beef in medium saucepan. Season with salt and pepper. Drain. Mix all remaining ingredients in with meat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often. Serve over fresh pasta.
