SOUR CREAM PEAR PIE 
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. chopped pears
Apples or peaches may be used

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter

Pie: Mix all dry ingredients. Add sour cream, egg and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add pears and stir. Pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Lower to 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Then add topping.

Topping: Mix ingredients - should be crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie and bake another 10 minutes at 400 degrees.
