RAMEN NOODLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. chicken flavor Ramen noodles
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
1 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Crumble noodles in boiling water. Boil 2 minutes; drain. Add seasoning packet. Add butter, stirring until melted. Add remaining ingredients stirring gently to coat. Cover and chill 3-4 hours.
