COPPE DI RICOTTA AL CAFFE | |
1 c. whipping cream 1 lb. ricotta 1 glass brandy 4 tbsp. ground espresso coffee 1/2 c. sugar 1 handful coffee grains Beat the whipping cream until firm. Blend together the ricotta, brandy, and ground coffee with the sugar. Fold in the cream gently, put the mixture into 6 crystal goblets, decorate with the coffee grains and serve. |
