COUNTRY ITALIAN STEW 
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 lb. beef cubes
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes
1 env. onion soup mix
3 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 med. onion, cut into chunks
1 lg. stalk celery cut 1 inch pieces
1/2 c. carrots, sliced
1 c. green beans, sliced
1 can chick peas, drained
1/2 c. sliced zucchini
1/4 c. uncooked elbow macaroni

In large pan heat oil and brown beef. Add tomatoes, then soup mix, water and oregano. Simmer stirring 30 minutes. Add onion, celery, carrot and green beans. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer additional 15 minutes or until vegetables and macaroni are tender. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
